"The words I listen to and speak agreement with, determine if I live by faith or fear." - Cleansing Stream
REPENT
Holy God, I repent for anything I have done to give place to fear or the spirit of fear in my life. I confess the sins of my former generations where doors were open and were given to fear or the spirit of fear. I close those doors to the enemy right now. Father, I repent of not trusting You and Your love for me. I repent for believing that I had to take matters into my own hands and protect myself. Please forgive me for how I have treated other people because of fear. Forgive me for my lack of faith and for not fully trusting you with my life.
RENOUNCE
I renounce you, Spirit of Fear. I cancel any action or words on my part that have given you a legal foothold in my life. I shut the door on you and seal that door closed in Jesus’ name. I refuse to agree with your lies and I stand by faith upon God’s Word. The Lord is my strength and my hope!
BREAK
And now, by the blood of Jesus and through His victory at the cross, I break the power and influence of fear and the spirit of fear in my life. I cancel all agreements I have ever made with fear. I also break all sacrifices, blood sacrifices, covenants, and blood covenants that have given access to the spirit of fear. Spirit of fear, in Jesus’ name, I break your power and control in my life. You were defeated at the cross, and you are defeated in my life here today!
I declare and affirm my choice to trust God with my life. Father God, I surrender my life to You. I thank you for being my Protector and my Provider. I can live Fearless – In Jesus’ name, Amen.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.- 2 Timothy 1:7
God does not want us living under a spirit of fear…because '"fear has torment." - 1 John 4:18
But He said to them, "Why are you fearful, Oh you of little faith?'"Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea and there was great calm. - Matthew 8:25-26
