What Different Practices Can I Use With Memorized Scripture, To Go Deeper?

I have spend a lot of time over the years to memorize Scripture, even taking time to write songs based on Biblical texts I want to have memorized, so that I would have an easier time recalling them. Memorizing Scripture is a priority in my life. But ever since, I have noticed that I can use that very memorized verse or passage with four simple spiritual practices to deepen my meditation of that truth, grow me through its application in my life, and enhance my prayer life.

I can use my memorized Bible verses and passages (of which I have a vast collection in my head and in a digital  collection on my smartphone for continual review) to speak to God and converse with Him about it. I also use it to reveal more to me, about God's ways and who He is. I can speak out my thanksgiving and appreciation, my praise and worship, my prayers and intercession, or my repentance and faith out of that chosen verse/passage. I can also make choices as to which spiritual practice I will employ for the verse/passage I am presently recalling or reading, based on the nature of the Biblical text and the response that wants to come forth from my mind, heart, desires and actions

Examples of Each Practice Applied To A Given Bible Text

BIBLE TEXT: "...The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." - 1 Samuel 16:7 NIV
